What is life like for international researchers in Slovakia?

We are pleased to present the second video in a series of recordings featuring our international researchers and PhD candidates at the Slovak Academy of Sciences (SAS), who will share their journeys, life in Slovakia, and their research activities.

Timothée Hoffreumon is a Belgian researcher at the Mathematical Institute of SAS in Slovakia. His focus lies on the mathematical foundations of quantum theory. He finds Bratislava a city of perfect size and in particular, he enjoys Bratislava castle. He highly recommends visiting our highest mountains, the Tatras. He has used the guidance and assistance provided by EURAXESS not only in Bratislava, but also in other cities where he has worked.
