In order to ensure more efficient and faster processing of applicants at the Foreign Police Department in Bratislava, new life situations have been added to the reservation system: “Biometric Data Capture” and “Information and Filing Office”.
- Foreign nationals should book an appointment for the BIOMETRIC DATA CAPTURE situation (collection of biometric data) in the following cases:
- after approval of an electronically submitted application,
- after residence has been granted based on an application submitted at a Slovak embassy or consulate,
- after electronically submitting an application for the issuance of a document.
- Foreign nationals should book an appointment for the INFORMATION AND FILING OFFICE situation in cases where they need to:
- collect documents,
- submit additional documents for an application,
- collect a verified invitation,
- obtain information.
After making a reservation, it is necessary to keep the details of the PIN code, reservation date and time, validity period of the reservation, and the address of the Foreign Police Department.
Please note that at the Foreign Police Department in Bratislava it will no longer be possible to complete any procedure without booking an appointment through the reservation system.
