We are pleased to present the first video in a series of recordings featuring our international researchers and PhD candidates at the Slovak Academy of Sciences, who will share their journeys, life in Slovakia, and their research activities.
Ashraf MD is an Indian researcher at the Institute of Geography of the Slovak Academy of Sciences. His primary research interests include mountains, rivers, and fluvial sediments. Although he had to face administrative challenges related to his stay in Slovakia, the entire process proceeded smoothly thanks to the support and guidance provided by the EURAXESS Point SAS.
India is known as a country of many flavors, and Ashraf also believes that it is impossible to explain his culture without its cuisine.
